Design and error compensation of active mechanically automated guided vehicle

چکیده

To reduce the navigation control cost, this paper proposes a mechanical guidance scheme that uses cam-link mechanism as steering for an automated guided vehicle with fixed driving path. According to principle, mathematical model of system and trajectory are established. By setting boundary conditions, is modeled using quintic polynomial. The contour directional cam obtained based on equation trajectory. Because errors occur in actual machining assembly processes, will be classified their impact effects various quantitatively determined by simulation methods different parameters. Furthermore, error compensation approach designed influence directly or indirectly. Finally, experiment results illustrate adjustment accuracy proposed 2 mm.
